PALMERS TO HOST YEAR END BANQUET

To all 2009 Fantasy Racing Managers

RE: Year end banquet

Hello Managers;

            As we draw to a close the final season of the Fantasy Racing league it is again time to prepare for the banquet.  THE GANG AT PALMERS has graciously agreed to host our party.  This season’s banquet will be held on Saturday January 23, 2010.  The doors will open at 4:30pm with dinner starting at 6pm.  Awards ceremony will begin around 7:30pm with live music from 8-midnight. 

            Remember, you must sign up if you are attending the banquet, no later than Monday January 18, 2010.  This is very important and mandatory, as it will give us a chance to get the final numbers to the caterer within the requested time frame. 

            Each team is allowed one member to attend the banquet as per the $30.00 banquet fee that is charged at the beginning of the season.  Please make sure that you banquet fee is paid in full.  Additional guests are allowed, and with no limit, at the attendee fee of $25.00 per person.  Again this year, we are working on getting door prizes donated in an effort to get many of you a small gift for your presence at the banquet. 

            I am working on getting sign up forms posted on the website, but in the meantime, feel free to send an email confirming your attendence to the banquet, and listing any guests that may be joining you.  Please list our team name and the team manager’s name in the email  Payment is requested prior to the banquet, but certain accommodations will be made to allow payment on the date of the banquet.  No refunds will be issued after the 1/18/2010 deadline.

Thank you for a wonderful season and I hope you all can attend the banquet.  As this will be the last ever banquet for our league, I hope that you can all gather for one last party to say goodbye to a league that has taken us on one hell of a ride.
